Oklahoma 1974 car license plate Tulsa county #ZX-7853, Oklahoma had to issue 1974 stickers for all their plates after a fire at the state prison destroyed most of the plates that had been manufactured. A few burned examples were pulled from the ashes and “rescued”. Burned examples come up for sale occasionally, but this is the only one I’ve ever found that survived with it’s original paint.
