Kansas 1983 truck license plate sticker Gove county #GO-002027. This is an original unused sticker. Put this sticker on a 1980 Kansas truck license plate to make it a 1983. There are two colors of 1983 truck stickers.  Under 12,000 pounds GVW get a red sticker.  Green stickers are for trucks over 12,000 pounds GVW.  Either can be used for antique registration.
