Kansas 1983 motorcycle license plate Barton county #BT-83. The paint is in nice condition but the border has been flattened somewhat under the bottom two bolt holes from being mounted.  The plate number matches the year of the sticker.  A very uncommon occurance.  This plate number has been checked and it is clear to register to a motorcycle.
