Kansas 1979 motorcycle license plate Neosho county #NO-1979.   This plate is NOS and has never been mounted.  The registration number matches the year.  I have added an original 1979 sticker to it to make it a 1979 plate.  This sticker is actually for a moped plate because it has MBYC on it.  I noticed this after I placed it on the plate.  Later on I found a NOS 1979 motorcycle sticker that I have included it with the plate.  You can choose to leave the moped sticker on it or replace it with the motorcycle sticker. This plate number has been checked and is clear to register to a motorcycle.
