Kansas 1976 1977 1978 1979 1980 car license plate pair Leavenworth county #LV B-3. Kansas began 1976 requiring a pair of plates until public backlash compelled the state to return to a single plate beginning in the middle of April.  This is an uncommon pair of plates.  The rear plate has the 1977 1987 1979 and 1980 sticlkers so to make this plate the year you need just remove the stickers you don’t need.  Both plates are nice with some wear to the raised areas.  This plate number has been checked and it is clear to register to a vehicle.
