Kansas 1974 car license plate Harvey county #HV Z-893. This plate was used when a county ran out of a particular month expiration. In this case, the person needed a December expiration and the county was temporarily out of them so the individual was issued this “Z” plate with a December expiration decal. Most “Z” plates you see are mint leftovers. Nice used examples like this one are much more uncommon. I CANNOT guarantee the state would allow this plate for registration to an antique car because of the date being on a decal.
