Kansas 1972 car license plate Bourbon county #BB Z-14. Z plates were used to fill in when a county was sold out of the stamped version of a particular month. Looks like at some point in 1971 Bourbon county ran out of July expirations. Z plates without stickers are fairly common but stickered ones are a bit uncommon and this is a nice example.
