Kansas 1930 to 2009 car license plate run Seward county. This run is missing the 1937 and 1939 plates as well as the 1943 tab. The 1963 plate has been replaced with one numbered 4654. The 1930,31,32,33,34,36,38 and 42 plates have been repainted. The 1945 plate has had it’s raised areas repainted.
