Kansas 1914 car license plate #10

Description

Kansas 1914 car license plate #10. Low numbered early Kansas plates are quite scarce and two digit plates before 1930 are almost unheard of amongst collectors.  Plate has had major body putty applied to the top of the plate.  Will most likely need some metal grafted on from a “donor” plate for a proper restoration.  Obviously this plate has been very poorly repainted.
