Chevrolet 1-USA green on white booster license plate

This is a booster plate sold by Quality Chevrolet in Wichita Kansas. Each year Quality would make a booster plate to match the colors of the current Kansas plate. This plate has been very poorly repainted and has two extra holes. Plate is made from very heavy steel. The original black color on the back suggests this plate was originally either a 1966, 1968, 1969, or 1972 plate.
